“The property was clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace made the environment cozy.However, the mattress is very hard, the legs on the chairs around the dining room table are loose, the front door was not locked when we arrived. We would stay again”

“Was perfect spot to rest for the weekend while we explored the national park and city nearby! The treehouse was so cute and cozy! The signal was a little spotty, but would sometimes connect to the nearest larger rental. We walked the property, and due to the season, there seemed to be a lot of landscaping work going on - bet it’s fantastic in the summertime! There were some local coffee shops and restaurants that were nice, but depending on which direction you go, some of the nearby cities are……

“Lovely horse farm and peaceful! I was disappointed in the Mountain View as advertised. The stunning mountain view was from the owners house. Overall it was very enjoyable.”

We picked this place since it was close to President Monroe’s house; MountPelier (sp) - Dolley and James Madison’s plantation. We wander the countryside so beautiful. “The property is located in a very beautiful and secluded part of Virginia. All cabins are nestled within the trees and our unit had a lovely tree shaded deck. We were able to eat breakfast and dinner outside in complete comfort thanks to the trees (this also made it very private). The cabin was nicely designed and the kitchen was clean and very functional. This is a wonderful place for a getaway. The pools were very clean and well maintained. Check in was fast and easy. The concierge……

“The property needed a cleaning on the inside… cobwebs and overall dust. It seemed that no one had stayed in a while and was left as is. We had to ask the owner for washcloths because they were not provided with towels. WiFi was working half the time and was Roku so limited to watch anything. We will not stay here again but it could be a sweet place if adjusted.”

“My girlfriends and I went up for a bit of a retreat, and our trip could not have been more wonderful! Before we even got there, the host reached out and communicated with me to make sure I had all the information I needed to ensure a smooth check in. He even went out of his way to get me the info because my email wasn't working. When we got there, everything was clean, neat, and tidy. The cabin had most of what we needed, including kitchen items, which was a big plus, and the beds were pretty……
