“Still-new feeling furnishings (built in 2018) in huge rooms with proper kitchenettes. Equipped with washing liquid, sponges, flatware, dishwasher, etc. Hotplate & skillets on request. Even the bathroom was spacious. Little details like a pull-out table for eating and a curtain between bed & living space made this suite truly livable. Wine glasses would be a nice addition. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. “It worked out perfect for us. It’s secluded enough that if my dog barked, he did not disturb anybody. There’s a hiking path right next to the side so I could take my dogs for a nice long walk. Even though it was secluded, it was close enough to any place around. Shopping was only nine minutes away. Downtown Charlottesville was just a very short ride.”

“House is much larger than pictures and everything is spread out and comfortable. While it’s a little dated; it has everything you need for a great stay with family or friends. We were 20 mins from Charlottesville and Monticello. There were no check out instructions but we tried to clean things up. The cleaning fee was also incredibly reasonable! We would definitely stay here again with a group! ”

“Sam was a wonderful host for our three generation family visit to Charlottesville. He was responsive and helpful, and made sure our trip was a success. The house is very centrally located making it easy to get to all the various things we wanted to do. The three bedrooms and bathroom were lovely and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, so perfect for the kids who went to bed early. Overall we had an outstanding trip……

Worst front desk I ever met

"First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to wait to see..I will never stay in this hotel again"
