“When we booked this there were no pictures of the outside because it is pretty awful. It is definitely intentional. We weren't impressed when we pulled up. After going inside we discovered that it is a duplex. Not just one property to ourselves. It overwhelmingly it stank of stale cigarettes. It was as gross on the inside as it was on the outside. We put in our code and enter to find that there was a half-naked man smoking a cigarette in the living room. So that was great! We immediately left……

“Mary’s House is in a great location in Fairbanks. While not really walkable, you are minutes from the CTC campus and less than 15 minutes from anything and everything. The beds are comfortable and the appliances all in great shape. It was a great home base for a week while we worked and explored the city. Plan on returning anytime we need to base out of Fairbanks!”
