“Great place ”

“We booked this place for its close location to the school our daughter was wrestling at so we didn't spend a huge amount of time in it, however we did find it to be well stocked with essentials, and we did enjoyed our stay. The location was super convenient to get to and from our destination, restaurants and shopping. The host was super nice and responsive to all of our questions. We would gladly stay here again. ”

“I booked this property in advance for our family vacation, had a month to cancel and/or adjust if needed. Our plans got changed and needed to reduce from 8 nights to 4, I contacted them through Vrbo numerous times until they finally approved the change (still in the month window). However, they doubled each night fee making it actually more money to stay 4 nights than 8. VRBO rep confirmed that they were charging more than they were charging anyone else for the whole summer. “We stayed here for 3 nights in the beginning of June. This is a studio, so something to keep in mind. it was super clean and had everything we needed! There was even a little basket with some breakfast goodies and chocolates for us, as well as tons of pamphlets about what we could do in the area. It’s in an area of Fairbanks that’s very walkable.
