“Beautiful house!! Check in was a breeze and kitchen was better than mine at home. Hated to leave. Walked to the beach every day even with grandma who has difficulties. Accommodations for six people were perfect. Washer and dryer easily accessible. Beds extremely comfortable. Every room is pleasingly decorated. Can't say enough good things about this rental.”

“We enjoyed five days at this lovely modern cabin in Cavendish. We were delighted with the quiet wooded setting and the aesthetically pleasing cabin where everything from building materials to bedding were chosen with care and an eye for quality. We enjoyed the using the complimentary kayaks in Knapp Pond and using the hot tub and fire pit on cool evenings. “ If you love lake life and quiet this is the place. This property is great for launching Kayaks and the lake is 7.5 miles long and has a marina and boat launch. The properties A.C. kept the house comfortable for sleeping. all the amenities are up to date. We enjoyed the fire pit and supplied firewood almost every night.”

“My family of 5 stayed here this July. The house is beautiful and very spacious. We easily could have had another family stay with us and had plenty of room. The house was well very stocked and all that was needed to bring was food and clothes. Kids had a great time on kayaks, floats and paddle boards. The lake is clean and we had a great time fishing. If visiting in July or August , stop in at Bartletts blueberry farm. Great hiking in the area and we also made the short trip over to Woodstock,……

She absolutely loved it and stayed there during our 5 day stay while I had business to handle. She loves being near the water and although the place was set back a little from the water... it was great for her and the time she spent there. We enjoyed the privacy and overall time we spent there. ”

“The water was the draw for us and we enjoyed the views from which were available from just about every indoor location. The living space was fine for the 2 of us. We wondered, since there are beds for 6, how larger groups relax. There’s a picnic table with seating in an adjacent room but in the living room there’s only one couch that seats 3. Recognizing that there are high stools for the counter and a cushion, perhaps a comfortable armchair would be nice as additional seating. Just a thought.🙂”
