The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked, making it ready for cooking and dining (having spices and oils would've made it perfect). The property location was remote and quiet (we knew this from our research that it is about 20 miles south of the park's south gate - which is also the closest place for groceries and restaurants). “Neat place in a beautiful location. Stayed up late and watched the stars sitting around the fire pit. House was clean and organized and really nice that blankets and outdoor furniture were provided. House is fully off grid and that means some of the systems are a little different but hosts left very detailed instructions for every possibility so no issues getting things to work. Cautions about the road to the place are legit. It wasn't muddy but it was quite bumpy. Would be doable in most awd……

“Clean, modern, tiny home about 30 mins outside the Grand Canyon south rim entrance. House has full sized fridge, oven, microwave, washer/dryer and bathroom. Space is clean and well furnished. Big enough for our family of 4. Nice outdoor deck with solar powered lights. Cute propane fire place to hang out near at night. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Each room has a mini-split so we were easily able to regulate temperature. Nearest grocery is 30-40 mins away so stock up before……
