“The house was in a nice neighborhood. Great house for a family with pets. It was a cozy home with plenty of room and cute decor! We enjoyed our stay!”

“Our family of 6 stayed here over Christmas. The house was conveniently located and in a nice neighborhood. It was convenient to everything we did, it was clean and very nicely furnished. Highly recommend!”

“The property was okay, it is an older motel and dated, but was clean. I don't know if something was going on that weekend in Montrose, but we paid over $180 for one night in a room that should have been $100 per night. The manager there in the morning was wonderful, due to COVID they could not open the breakfast area until 7 am but I needed coffee at 6:30 and he was happy to oblige, I was thankful for that :) If the price was more in line with the property, I would rate it higher.”
