“While on the surface it appears to be "just another motel" ... it has been renovated very well and the rooms are quite.well appointed, clean, and not the musty motel experience one might fear. New showers/renovated bathrooms, new floors, comfortable beds ... all in all a place i am actually favoriting for the next time i am in the area. ”

“The entire stay was wonderful; the only thing that was interesting (and it's probably not enough to knock a star off), but the windows in our hotel room were covered by curtains that were mostly sheer, and while it had thicker curtains, they were only hung on the edges, and only seemed to be for show. If privacy is a problem, the second floor rooms might be better for this.”

“Affordable, clean, updated, and they had a waffle maker in the continental breakfast! We got in late due to traffic and weather- about 10:30 at night, and they were there and understanding. Only small downsides- we only had 3 sets of towels for a family of 4- and the heating system was confusing. But overall, we were very comfortable there, stayed warm, had full bellies the next day, and will stay again. ”

“Drew’s place was exactly as expected and he was very attentive. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. The view over the river was lovely and Hallowell had a number of great places to eat. We are looking forward to returning soon! ”

“We only stayed for one night. Basically just slept and showered in the morning so I can not speak on how well stocked the kitchen is. However, there were plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Beautiful views, no trouble finding the location and the house was very clean. ”
