“One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Very clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The room was thoughtfully put together with multiple places to get ready and lots of plug ins. Bathroom was impeccably clean! Pool area was very nice and very clean. Pool and hot tub water was nice and clear and the exercise room was also well done and clean. Continental breakfast was provided and added a great value to our stay. “Sofa bed was broken. Asked THREE times for it to be fixed. Black out roller shade broken. We stayed four nights and I had to beg for housekeeping. Even then, all they did was change the towels and garbage. No cleaning at all during our stay. A new hotel that’s going in the direction of all the other hotels in PA, run down. It’s quiet and has potential, if only they’d keep up with it and have better service. A customer shouldn’t have to ask multiple times for rooms to be cleaned. ”
