“Basic motel totally renovated with simple but stylish furnishings. No one on premises but instant reply via text when we had trouble opening the keypad upon a return to the room. Nice location. Noise (from maybe kitchen fans at night from nearby restaurant ) took away from the quiet lawn setting with lots of Adirondack chairs. And Marco left some apples, sweets and wine for us! He was very responsive and helpful anytime we had questions, and gave us great recommendations. Everything was great!”

“Property is lovely and very well maintained. We stayed for over 10 days and it was a perfect home away from home. Owners are very kind and accommodating — when I couldn’t find a hair dryer one was delivered to the house within a couple of hours. They also offered to relocate us if we were bothered by the nearby forest fire, which was not necessary. I hope we’ll have the opportunity to stay again.”

“This was a perfect base camp for my family's long weekend trip to hit a few towns and ski hills (Butternut, Catamount) in the region. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and was clean, well appointed and was a great mix of modern/updated and classic charm. The location was super convenient (10-min to town and 5-min to ski) yet it was nice to be in our own house surrounded by woods. I would really like to come back in the summer as it is also very close to lake access, appalachian trail,……
