“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”

“The room itself was very good. Although the shower curtains are far too short and allowing too much water on floor no matter how careful you are. Also. horrible TV service. So many repetitive channels showing the same thing. Not able to access any other channels. Showing errors in transmitting? needs to be addressed. Also charges showing for $25. for dog per night x2 nights, became double on billing and charged to my card? Why? ”
