“We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.”

“I would definitely stay here again. I dropped my wallet after checking in. It was returned immediately. My husband left his cell phone in the gym for about 3 hrs and it was there when he went back. The hotel is super clean. The manager is really nice and the staff is very polite. They serve breakfast daily with many options. They also have a swimming pool on premises. ”

“Fantastic stay at 706W in the Splash Resort. The elevators were busy at times but that is to be expected. The rooms were as advertised, no complaints at all. Clean space! If we could have stayed longer, we would have. Blue Swell was on point as well, no issues. ”

“Everything was as expected and accurate to the listing. We had a great time and really liked how the pool was separate from the entrance to the ocean so it was a little less busy and could see the ocean better. The property seemed well maintained and clean.”

“Property manager did not know the correct information about the area. He had earlier stated to us that the town of Rosemary Beach was golf cart friendly and in fact they are banned there. Just incorrect information..”

“This unit’s decor and furniture was all new and well appointed. As example, the main bedroom’s bed is a nice sleep number. Overall, great unit. Balcony has perfect ocean views. Beach access is easy, and for being in front of large condo tower, wasn’t that crowded for a Memorial Weekend. Parking is good in the parking deck. Would absolutely recommend this rental. ”

“We loved our stay! The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook. It was also a short walk to the beach! I was a little worried about how far away it was from Rosemary Beach but it was such a short bike ride away. A perfect spot!! ”
