“The room layout is great, the facilities are a bit old, but everything is well prepared. I found a cockroach and the mattress made a loud noise when I turned over.”

“I thought the property had many nice amenities. There was both in indoor and outdoor heated pool, along with an outdoor hot tub! Although it was particularly cold during our stay so we did not get to take advantage of all the amenities. The grounds were well taken care of - with a Caribbean vibe ! The beds were very comfy and the Junior Suite was nice. Overall it was accommodating enough. Also excellent elevator service . I would stay there again !!”

“Hotel room as a whole was fine, but the upholstery on the funiture needed cleaning.”

“I had to wait over an hour to check in because the first room they put me in was not clean. There was some confusion as to finding clean rooms. I also had no hot water to shower two of the days I was there. The staff tho was very kind and super awesome. Shout out to Deserai who does breakfast and Rick the security guard who helped me get through some tough days as my stay there was to be close to my parents so I could help nurse my father who was dying of leukemia. My dad passed while I was……

“Both ladies in the front were the nicest and sweetest people ever. ”

“This is, by far, one of our new favorite hotels to stay in. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Great pool, lazy river, hot tub and tiki bar area with very easy access to the beach. Easy parking entry and exit. Our only issue was no heat our first night, room was 67 degrees. Maintenance had to replace the heater unit the next day. Hotel comped our fees for that night.”

“The hotel was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The location is also very centrally located and every place is pretty much of a walking distance. Very close to the beach and has beach access. The staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly. I also got text messages to check on my stay during the days I was there or to tell me that I have missed the nightly snacks/treats since my privacy light was on and that it was available anytime I would want to. I barely give reviews on my stay……
