“Rooms and cleanliness was average. Bed was very comfortable and linen was clean and fresh smelling. Door to unit 111 very difficult to open. Towel clean but old and thin. Lots of what appeared to be plaster/drywall dust throughout bathroom sink/faucets, and inside water compartment of the coffee maker. Insufficient parking in rear of building due to parking lot not being properly plowed. Overall, a decent place for the price.”

“Stay here often, owners are very pleasant and always take the time to stop and chat. I believe they are working on upgrading the rooms and overall look of the buildings. Its a work in progress.”

“My husband and I along recently stayed for 1 week at this lovely property. Tim, our host happened to be there when we pulled into the driveway. Unfortunately the front door lock wasn’t working, but Tim showed us how to access the house through the garage. The 2 mini splits, one downstairs and one upstairs were sufficient to heat the house quite comfortably The location was centrally located to easily cisit Seneca Fall, Watkins Glen and Corning. There are not many restaurants and the best……

“The set up of the unit was a bit strange, finding privacy for everyone in our family was difficult. The overall stay was good as it was just a night. Any longer than that would not have worked. ”

Perfect location close to many wineries and breweries. Breathtaking views on the lake. Would definitely stay here again!!!”

“Our vacation could not have been better! The location is absolutely beautiful. The lake is so crystal clear. There is lake access from the property so we rented kayaks for multiple days that were dropped off directly to the property. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Nothing is overlooked here! The thoughtful touches and extras were way beyond any place we have stayed in the past. Looking forward to visiting again. Thank you Patty and Tom!”
