He was so helpful in places to eat nearby, explained breakfast procedures, and when I brought to his attention an issue with one of our outlets not working, he immediately made a note for the maintenance staf! “Very cool hotel. It is for people that do not need a concierge. There is no cable tv.. only Roku. Super comfy bed with plenty of pillows! Snacks, ice & drinks are provided free of charge in the main meeting room. Also, parking is next door in a garage. $8 is the maximum for a day. We would definitely stay here again. Berglund Center is just minutes away. One more thing, the downtown is more like a Richmond or Baltimore downtown. Not a cozy hometown feeling but I felt safe. ”

“The unit was very clean and the attendant called us to give us check in information, because we were running late. I didn’t realize it was a motel, which didn’t negatively affect anything. The description did say that it was a non-smoking facility and our room smelled of cigarette smoke. We are non-smokers. ”
