“this is a great place to stay, there are a lot of workers in the area rebuilding after the disaster. the staff are extremely friendly and care about keeping the hotel clean. can highly recommend ahead of the more expensive options close by.”

“Enjoyed our stay, but would not stay on the 2nd floor again. Walls are too thin. Also, a minor inconvenience, our reservations with Expedia said King Suite with full size refrigerator. We were given a King room with a mini frig. There really needs to be clarification with Expedia.”

“My room didn't have a kitchen with a stove or anything and a pipe was sticking out of the wall that had a plastic grocery bag shoved in the end of it instead of being properly capped off. Was pet hair all over the carpets in the hallways and elevators. Sadly, this was a really nice hotel about 5 yrs ago…nie its gone to the dumps…it does have good safety features and nice people working there, but that's about the only good things about this place other than location being close to a lot of food……

It was his birthday plus valentines and our anniversary so we needed to get away from the kids and life and stress to just appreciate each other. Anywho somehow at the last minute my reservation got changed to a jetted tub which is not a jacuzzi in the room. The front desk instructed me that they would have to check for a jacuzzi room as I stood there in tears, I paid for this with my own money and I……
