“This was our first time visiting Lake Lure! Despite the lake having been drained and closed there was plenty to do in the Rumbling Bald Resort! We enjoyed visiting 2 out of the 3 pools during our stay. A round of mini golf, some ice cream, and dining at 3 of the on site & nearby restaurants. Not to mention the fireworks and other activities that were going on for the 4th of July weekend. The accommodation was great. A beautiful large home with everything you could possibly need. “Very clean cute little cabin in quiet location”

“This home was fantastic !! Had everything we needed and the location was great. Very clean, beds were amazing, fully stocked kitchen. Will book again in the future !! ”

“The studio was exactly as described and pictured. It was easy to access with front door parking. The interior is comfortable and there is a charming back porch with seating for 4 and a grill. It was refreshing and relaxing.”

“Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. “This was our first trip to Lake Lure and it did not disappoint. The resort was amazing, the condo was beautiful and a perfect place for a family of 5. Highly recommended.”

“We stayed in this clean and comfortable cabin last year and we were excited to visit again this year. This cabin/condo is small yet so well equipped you won’t want to stay anywhere else when visiting Lake Lure and the owner is so easy to work with. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.”

“We are two couples who like to golf and love Rumbling Bald resort lifestyle. This place is by far the most modern we’ve stayed in. We loved it. The views, birdwatching and sounds of the creek in the quiet mornings are unbelievable. Everything was exceptional. I would say the only drawback is that the place is too modern.
