“We have been staying at Apple Valley Villas for 11+ years and we have stayed in about 9 different units. This one is by far my favorite and mainly because of the kitchen. We cook breakfast and an afternoon meal and having a full-sized refrigerator, a stove, and an oven was great. “Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. “Our condo was very comfortable but a little hard to find at first. We arrived well after dark so finding the condo was a little hard. But once there checkin was great, beds were comfortable and place was pretty clean. We did find cobwebs around the lights and some celaphane wrapping under one of the beds (eek) but over all a very nice place. Plan accordingly as the cell service is very spotty in the area but once in the Rubling Resort Area (pools, beach and golf) you can connect to their wi-fi.”

“The pics make the space look much bigger than actual. The building is run down and old. The space was clean but not updated as far as counter tops and furniture. Our favorite part was the outside porch and water view. They love pets but no receptacles for disposal except large trash bin at back of property. We felt the property was overpriced for condition. As well after we paid we started receiving all kinds of emails about how we would be charged for noise, for non cleaning and other things.……
