“We loved our stay at this property in Flat Rock. The waterfall outside our window was a unique and delightful part of our stay. The size of the condo is perfect for a couple. The host was exceptionally accommodating. She genuinely cared about our stay. Rooms are spacious, appeared recently updated, and were well laid out. The location is great for walking to delicious meals and shopping. The Flat Rock area is delightful. Don't miss Jump Off Rock and its gorgeous sunsets! We can't wait to go……

“Great little spot in Flat Rock with fun shopes and restaurants near by. Pool was nice, the lake was nice, and the condo was comfortable. Decor was modern even tho the building itsself you can tell is older but kept up. I felt safe the entire time and I had to reach out to the property manager 1 time because I couldnt remember the room number and she was super nice, friendly, and I was pleasantly suprised how fast she responded to me even tho it was late at night. I will be back to stay again. We……

“We wanted to show off Asheville to our family from PA. The location was awesome and it was a perfect spot for our 2 day weekend stay. Everything is walkable. We did drive to Black Mountain for a nice hike. it was good to see the town so busy after the storm. There is more work to be done, but we were happy to support Asheville”

“We had such a good time during our stay at The Spruce House! The fenced-in back yard was such a relief for us to sit out with our dogs and let them play. It is 10-20 minutes from anywhere you want to go and they had about anything you might need so when you get there you can just relax.I had seen from a previous review that the doors did not have curtains, so we took our own sheets to hang over, there were no issues and we hope to be able to stay again when we make our next trip.”

“This was our first time visiting Lake Lure! Despite the lake having been drained and closed there was plenty to do in the Rumbling Bald Resort! We enjoyed visiting 2 out of the 3 pools during our stay. A round of mini golf, some ice cream, and dining at 3 of the on site & nearby restaurants. Not to mention the fireworks and other activities that were going on for the 4th of July weekend. The accommodation was great. A beautiful large home with everything you could possibly need. Communication……

“My son is getting ready to deploy and wanted to see his Grandmother before leaving. This was the perfect spot to meet halfway and spend some time together. The only recommendation I have is that rug pads or rug tape is needed on most of the area rugs. My elderly Mother slipped on a corner of one of the rugs and we knew that she would need to be extra careful. We actually pushed the rug around the bed, in her room, underneath the bed to prevent a slip and fall. We would definitely stay here……

“This location of the property is perfect for a visit to Asheville. One block off Biltmore ave so very close to everything but also quiet. This is a second floor unit and on the same level as the parking deck so you can enter and leave without using the stairs or elevator. This is a corner unit with a L shaped balcony. It is the largest balcony of all the units. Because it is L shaped and wraps around the corner there is always a shady side. We had neighbors with kids and we did not hear them……
