“The location is very close to downtown Asheville. Parking is very convenient, with private and easy access to the bottom of a split-level home. The living quarters were spacious and tastefully appointed. We would not hesitate to return.”

“I was celebrating my 50th birthday with a group of friends. This house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, very comfortable and cozy house with everything you need to have a great stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was very easy and cheap to get Ubers to downtown and back. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Everyone agreed it was a place we'd like to come back to every year! Monica was a great host, so friendly and welcoming and very responsive. ”

“This house was cute and quirky and cozy! Lots of funky decor. Tom the host prefers to meet guests which was great as he showed me and my friend how to work the hot tub, the fire pit, etc. A few things to note and I'm sure could be assisted with: there were flannel sheets so you might get hot and there's only one sharp knife. But other than that, a great place to stay! The hot tub was awesome and has privacy with the fences and a view of the mountain. Nice perk/surprise: Tom also left us some……

“The place was clean and relatively easy to find. The driveway is a little hard to navigate with a large truck but it’s still manageable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My favorite part of the stay was the sound machine for sleeping! I would stay here again if I went back to the Asheville area. The owners were nice and easy to get ahold of. ”

“This has classic rustic charm with lots of big rooms and bedrooms for the family. During one of the hottest weeks in the summer, this house is always shaded by lots of trees. So we were able to sit on the porches to get fresh air. From the porch on the weekend, we could hear live music in the afternoon from the Grill down the street, which we enjoyed. We liked being able to walk to places to eat, the beach and a good location to walk for exercise. There are stairs to enter the house, their are……

“The main level was very cozy and easy to hang out with everyone. The fireplace was very nice to have as well. In the kitchen, it would be nice to have more space for groceries that we brought, so they didn't have to sit on the counter top all week. Other than that, the kitchen was spacious, well-stocked, with a clean fridge, clean dishwasher, complimentary kuerig cups.
