“Gorgeous place. ‘Garden’ doesn’t do it justice the Botanical Garden nearby wasn’t any prettier than what Mary has done with her amazing property. So private and peaceful and quiet. Yet convenient to everything fun, including breakfast at Sunny Point Cafe in West Asheville. Mary is a gracious host and if you show interest in her garden you might wind up with something sweet to take home to yours. The room and bed and bathroom are beautifully and comfortably appointed. We will return!”

“A great house with wonderful amenities! We had fun with foosball, ping pong, and darts on the back porch. The bedrooms were comfortable and overall the house was clean. Location is quiet and minutes away from downtown Asheville. We would definitely stay again if in the area. ”

“We were traveling for tournament. House was clean and great layout for us. We traveled with family. Fire place and coffee pot didn’t work first day, maintenance came and fixed but we only had one day left, so that was a bummer. Towels in master bath must have been new and not washed, they left lint all over our bodies… BUT overall, great house, location was semi-decent. Would probably stay again. ”

“Felt like being at home. Super clean and stocked with literally anything you could need. Just bring your food and clothing. Five minutes to entrance for Biltmore. House is on a very steep roadway takes a little getting used to if not used to mountain living. House is close to a hospital so there is some helicopter and ambulance traffic but no issues at nighttime. Highly recommend. And we saw a bear with her cubs! ”

“Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay in Asheville! The home is set about 15 mins from downtown in a quiet wooded wonderland. We got to see turkeys & a black bear! The home is very clean, looks newly updated, & decorated very artistically. We had a bonfire & there are ample areas to sit outside & enjoy the beautiful surroundings! All of the beds were very comparable & the place is well stocked with anything you might need. We will definitely book here again! ”

“Mary,This house was an absolute to stay in. It was as if we were home. You thought of all the little things that make a VRBO stand out from just a "hotel". The scenery was breathtaking! The only sad part was seeing all the work that still needs to be done in cleaning up from the hurricane. However it is very apparent that the people there are "Fairview/Asheville Strong!!" “The property is very nice. It is a close (15 min) drive to Ashville downtown area. We did day trips to area attractions then enjoyed the game room each and every evening. Due to the weather & time of year, we were unable to take advantage of the pool and hot tub. ”
