“Our wonderful stay began with a lovely note from the owners and blueberry muffins. The house is a clean and cozy three bedroom, one bath that was doable for our family of five. We celebrated Thanksgiving and were able to do with some additional kitchen utensils needed, we left what we purchased for the next guests to use. We had great use of the outdoor fire pit area. We love staying in the area so we can visit our family during the holidays and we would definitely recommend this house for your……

“This vacation home is perfect for a couple or a couple with a teen that wants their own space. The location was excellent. A few miles from downtown Chimney Rock, right on a Lake Lure quiet cove, and a 1 minute drive from a nice lakeside restaurant. We very much enjoyed waking up early in the morning, making a cup of coffee, and sitting on the balcony off the bedroom to watch the mist rise off the lake as the morning fisherman slowly moved past. We never saw anyone actually catch a fish……

“We enjoyed this house and would love to come back next year, hopefully when the lake is reopened! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, from linens, to household basics. The golf cart and hot tub were awesome additions that the kids loved. We had plenty of space for kids and adults to spread out and have fun once we were in for the night. Adults agreed that these were some of the most comfortable vacation home beds we’d slept in. I don’t think we have any complaints about……

“This was our second stay at the house and I know we will be back again! The property is in the perfect location on the lake - close to the marina, restaurants, etc., but still tucked away for a serene vibe. We rented the pontoon and it really adds to the lake experience, but you can have so much fun on the water even without it thanks to the paddle boards, kayaks, lily pad and spacious dock. The house is equipped with everything you need for an infant/kids, which made packing so easy. Thank you,……

“My husband and I along with our 3 adult children and their families stayed for two nights. The home is beautiful--every bit as nice as the photos or even better. With the four bedrooms we had plenty of space for each family. The kids loved the pac man and shuffleboard. The resort passes were great--we enjoyed the pool and beach. Rumbling Bald is very nice!! The owner responds very quickly to questions and is a good communicator! Five stars thumbs up from out group”
