“We had primarily pick this place because we brought our boat and wanted to leave it in the canal but had not power to charge our boat. The house had a completely clogged bathroom sink and the couch bed was filthy, but the worst off all is the air conditioning would stop working. We went out to look at the unit outside and the lines were froze/covered in ice so we had to keep cutting the a/c off to let it thaw. Overall this was a bad experience for us, I hope they fix this issue because at least……

“We celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday here in January. The house is gorgeous and we loved the location. We arrived just after a snowstorm which was unique and fun. House was clean with bed linens and towels available. Appliances all worked and location is convenient to stores and restaurants in Atlantic Beach. “The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.”
