“The staff were helpful and nice”

“Checkin was a breeze. "KK" was a true delight!! Riom was very spacious and perfect for our trip. The decor was beautiful as well. The beds were a little more firm than typical, but they werent awful. Only complaint was for a Friday check in the pool hours were way too short and the arcade seemed to be randomly staffed vs always staffed Friday evening and Saturday morning. Overall would stay again!”

“All of the employees we encountered were very nice and super helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors were recently remodeled. When the 1st floor is finished the hotel is going to look great. The pool water was very cold and the construction on the building made it difficult into the parking lot the first night. There was a lot of construction debris lying around the parking lot. ”

“This property is perfect for our needs. It's close to our children. We feel safe, the parking lot is well lit. Easy access to town. There's a nice pool for the grandchildren. The staff is always very nice. The rooms a clean and they work on keeping them updated. What more can you ask for!?! The price is right! We will continue to stay at the Super 8 in Winfield.”
