“How refreshing to have a front desk agent look up and smile when checking us in. I would say 99% of the time anymore, hotel staff don’t even make eye contact or speak in full sentences, much less make you feel welcome. For once we were made to feel like guests, not inconveniences that interrupt their staring at a phone. ”

“When I booked the room it wasn't clear it was a smoking room. The water pressure was low. And when we got ready to leave a car parked right behind my truck making it impossible to get out. I went to the office to find out who the car belongs to they said there is no way for us to know we dont collect tag # anymore just go knock on doors it took a two hours to get out. ”

“The front desk lady that was there Saturday and Sunday on 5/17/25 and 5/18/25 was very nice and professional. She accompanied all my needs with no problem and she should get a raise. Her attitude was very pleasant ”
