“The door lock for the fitness center was not functional with visitor keys. Had to get employee to access. Room did not have sufficient towels in it. I had to request towels when I arrived. ”

“I like that the guest rooms are limited so there isnt this crazy amount of people on the property. The complimentary buffet breakfast was nice with many options. ”

“The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”

Eden at the front desk was great as well as Elisha at the restaurant. All staff we encountered were bee accommodating. Masons food at the restaurant was also great! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Greensboro. ”

“Every staff member was excellent and extremely helpful in meeting our needs and modeled a sincere caring nature. My wife and I stayed the night before surgery at Forsyth Hospital which was 4 minutes away. My daughter and I spent 3 additional night since we were from out of town. We were in a handicap room and when showering there was a pooling of water outside the shower curtain which made for a fear of falling. Also a vent fan was needed in the bathroom to prevent water from condensation on……
