“What a lovely motel. It appears to have been renovated so it’s up-to-date. My room was very very clean. My bed was comfortable. I had a huge screen TV and the staff was very nice. I really enjoyed my stay. We even got the fire pit going, and that was cool!”

“If you are looking for an affordable, no frills stay, this is your place. It isn't quite perfect because the new owners are revitalizing a motel that, a few years ago, would have been unthinkable to stay in. But these new owners have worked extremely hard to provide an affordable service without sacrificing comfort. “We were very pleased about the property. One concern the ice machine, on the floor near the lobby, was not working. The agent at the front desk was okay. Had some answers to our questions but others nothing. Example: The TV was not working. He offered to move us but we were settled in. He then gave us the password and when used it the TV worked fine. “This was juat a quick stop over on our travels. The hotel staff was nice and check in was easy. We had a room on the first floor which was nice. The rooms were clean but had a little bit of a smell, but i feel like it was the comforter which was still a tad damp. Not terrible and it actually made me feel better knowing it had been freshly washed. The cleaning staff was so nice, left a little note in the room but also when i talked to them the next morning.
