“The resort is right on the beach The one bedroom apartment er rented has a wonderfull beach view. All inside apartment was very clean and had new appliances, excellent air conditioning. Around the property still some construction due to Fort Myers still recovering fro hurricane but almost all you see around is brand new. Overall it was an excellent weekend. I will return for sure. ”

“This resort was a disaster. The stuff was not helpful, and they closed lobby to earlier if you need help no one is there to help you . The location is in the middle of nowhere, no restaurant in the resort. Even the restaurants nearby they do not deliver food . You have to go pick it up . Also , there was only one taxi driver around and it will take him forever to come and get you . The ocean is so far way from the resort and there is a charge for umbrella and chairs. “The Sunshine Island Inn was wonderful. They is nothing the owners overlooked when designing the room and property. We stayed in the Lighthouse room. It is a king size bed which was wonderful. The small kitchen was fully stock with anything you would need. The unit was so clean when we arrived. They is a wonderful pool which all rooms face with a sliding glass door. The also have chaise loungers, grilling area and even have pool floats at the ready. There is also a sitting area with table and……

“What a beautiful home, just perfect for what my family needed. The house is a great place to rest after playing at the beach all day. It’s in a great location, easy access to all the island. “Beautiful home inside and out! This was a “Staycation” for my family and I and it was one of the BEST! The house is spacious for all 7 of us,The kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The beds were extremely comfortable! The outside area is where we spent our 3 days. The tiki bar what an awesome touch! The grill was spotless and clean ready to use! The only thing was the pool was a bit too much chlorinated and caused skin irritation and discoloration with our swimsuits but that……

“Great place to stay”

“Beautiful condo steps from the beach. Found the beach chars and umbrella underwhelming though. One umbrella totally broken and unusable. Cleanliness was on target. Other necessities were all there. Could have used more than one trash bag but no big deal. Everything else worked fine. We love 1E and hope to stay there many more times.”

“We had a recent 4 night stay and really enjoyed it. The living area was very nice (leather sofa and huge TV). Pool was fantastic and master bath very nice. Very comfortable for 4 adults with plenty of room for a few more. Gas grill in the pool area also very nice. ”
