“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! “Perfect location. Beautiful rooms, and comfortable. Loved being able to connect to my Netflix so we could watch a movie in bed. One weird thing about the rooms was there was no microwave. They had called before and asked if we needed one and I said yes, but it wasn’t in the room. The trash also hadn’t been emptied prior to our stay. If you want to check in early, they charge $80. Which was a hassle because check in was super late, 4pm. I’ve never had a hotel charge this much for a room that was……
