“Friendly staff from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Close to multiple restaurants. Within walking distance to events at the Esports stadium and Rangers stadium. Only complaints, woken up two nights in a row around 2AM from noisy neighbors either beside or above us. The water in the shower was awful, the water pressure was fine but the temperature was uncontrollable, we couldn’t find a happy medium it was either scolding hot or freezing cold. ”

“the only problem was in the resturant sunday morning. it took at least an hour and half to get our food. just normal pancakes waffles eggs. we were there for an event at civic center for a 12 noon performance. it almost made us late. we were in the resturant at 10:45 and could not finish breakfast. for waiting so long we had to leave. made a terrible end to our great weekend ”
