“Excellent hotel! Property was clean and well maintained. Staff were wonderful. Very welcoming and accommodating. I forgot an item during checkout and they quickly shipped it to me within hours of me providing shipping information. Our room was a good size with enough storage space. Location is easy to access most of Columbus in a short amount of time. This was our first time staying at an Aloft hotel and I would gladly book here again. ”

“Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were friendly and personable. Room was bigger than I anticipated. Shower was a highlight. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options. Pool was nice for a quick dip in the evening. The hotel was located very close to the attractions we were visiting while in town. Only downside was that our room was right next to the kitchen so it was super loud as soon as they started prepping for breakfast and as they cooked and cleaned through the morning.……

“Jim and Laurie were wonderful and the amount of love and care they take to ensure your stay is perfect was evident. The rooms were spacious and serene, the whirpool tub was a plus for relaxing, and everything you could need is available. The breakfast was wonderful and the animals added to the entire experience. Elvis was a bit of a show off, Roodie loved chin rubs, and Humphrey was an absolute mush! Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon!”
