“The property was very clean, front desk attendant was very friendly and ready to assist as necessary, the room was clean and checking in was a breeze. The mall being in walking distance was a big plus! ”

“Cleanliness ”

“This hotel was declared un-inhabitable after a fire which occurred months ago, and yet Hotels.com still had it listed and I was still able to book a room....in a hotel that was not open to the public! We never found out the truth until 10:00 at night when we arrived and found a notice on the front doors! Why did Hotels.com still have this listed as available????? This is unacceptable!”

“Communication with the host was simple and she was accessible. The basic amenities were readily available and we did not have to rush to go to the supermarket when we arrived. The place is spacious, clean and neighbourhood very quiet.”
