“從訂房開始就非常積極協助機場接駁以及旅遊行程安排，服務很好。房間雖不是很新但是整理的很乾淨、冷氣很涼、熱水很熱而且水量充足，以性價比無可挑剔。”

“비용 대비 깔끔하고 좋은 호텔이었어요. 옆나라 말레이시아와 달리 슬리퍼는 제공이 안되던데 슬리퍼 챙겨가세요.”

“地理位置良好，搭車到機場約10分鐘，夜市走路5分鐘，一樓就有超市，樓上也有商店，此行轉機來住一晚，感受良好！服務人員很親切，隔天因為要趕早班飛機，還提供餐盒讓我們打包早餐去機場吃，非常貼心！房間雖然硬體設施看的出是老飯店，但乾淨舒適，空間也很大！非常滿意！”

“Everything is good here. Convenient location that msny tourist hotspots and shopping malls are in walkable distance. The bus terminal is just outside the hotel that you can easily travel around the city although there is nearly no proper public transport system in the country. The only defect if really need to find one is that the breakfast choice is relatively limited.”

“The room is clean and the space is good enough for luggages of 2 persons. Easily reachable at the transit area. I received emails of instructions for self check-in, but the friendly staff still came to lead us the way to the room.”

“ブルネイに来たらいつもここを利用しています。空港から車で約20分とアクセスがよいと思います。基本的に車がないと移動は難しいと思います。 Mallが隣接しているのでご飯には困りません。今回は部屋のシャワーが故障してお湯が出なかったので★を下げています。スタッフの方は親切でした。”

They have some problems but I still had enjoyed my stay with them ! Could do much better so to get 5 stars review in the future......^____^......”

“Orchid Garden Hotel room is big but not modern”

“Very run-down hotel needs a urgent revamp. Not sure how Hotels.com could even list this on website. Breakfast one of the staff prepared an "English breakfast " overcook egg and hash brown did not even touch it. Booked for 4 nights and stayed for one. This is more like a cheap hostel rather than a hotel. Would not recommend ”
