“不会住第二次了”

“First time staying at this hotel….. usually at the Marriott next door ….. when I arrived there was no one at the front desk for about 5-8 mins …. Many people waiting …. Received my room key however that room appeared to be occupied …. Received another room …. Shower had ONLY hot and Hotter water …scalding levels of hot !! Maint fixed it …. Bar service was extremely slow …30 plus min wait for sliders !! No concept of who was at rhe bar and in which order …. Had to ask for a menu twice and……

“The staff was exceptional! I want to thank the front desk attendees and all the staff for their kindness, patience, and always welcoming and informative. The hotel was always clean! My only complaint was the chemicals in the pool were extremely strong. Otherwise, I will definitely be staying at Drury again!”

“I was there just for the night but it was midnight, I was tired and check in was quick and staff was very friendly so that meant a lot. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable which was especially appreciated after a long day of traveling. I would stay there again. ”

“This property was close enough to the stadium district to walk, yet quiet enough that it was easy to sleep. There was a parking garage right next door, and also the entry ramp to I-71 was right next to the hotel, maybe 200 yards away. Very convenient! They allowed us to have a 2pm checkout which was super helpful. Great hotel!”
