“鄰近Kampung Baru站 交通很方便 叫Grab出入都方便 隔音超級差 連續兩晚隔壁的很嘈 睡得不好 沒有提供牙膏牙刷 樓下有很多地道餐廳雜貨店 整體環境乾淨，只是廁所有曱甴 窗景能拍到雙子塔 WiFi很慢很慢”

“the room was too small for 4 people and there was no window so the room felt very closed off and we personally felt clusterphobic so it was uncomfortable. the washrooms were really small and barely had enough space to use the shower, although they did have good amenities like shampoo and dental kits it didnt make up for the space. the corridors were also really cramped so there was barely enough space to walk alongside a cabin bag.”

“飯店的位置算不錯,在2個捷運站的中間,頂樓51樓的泳池很大,可以看到雙子星塔及吉隆坡塔,室內裝潢還不錯值得下次再拜訪.”

“I noticed the room should be sharing with Maya Hotel because swimming pool, gyms are the same. Location is good. Please improve the app it keep showing me in Malay language.”

“The Cititel has stopped doing at all room service. Given the hotel has absolutely nothing to offer otherwise ….. it is only the location is at the Mid Valley Mega which had given the only reason for choosing to stay there. ”
