“I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)”

“Hotel have a lift we are no need to carry a heavy luggage to climb up the stairs! I can book two more days after stayed in hotel and be arranged at the same room even I through hotels.com to booked ! Staff are bravo whoever front desk or housekeeping, seemed I am at home!
