We enjoyed the included breakfast to start off our day and had a nice dinner at the restaurant one evening. The staff was very friendly and multilingual and helped us with our limited Deutsch. “Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und zentral oberhalb vom Stadtzentrum. In drei Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Dom. Da wir um die Weihnachtszeit in St. Blasien sagen, konnten wir leider den schönen Balkon nicht nutzen. Bei schönstem Winterwetter (Schnee und Sonne) konnten wir die vielen gut geräumten Wanderwege erkunden. Wir kommen wieder. ”

“Das Haus ist perfekt für Naturliebhaber und Hundebesitzer. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und im Wald gelegen. Man hört zwar die Strasse, dafür gibt es keine Nachbarn oder Passanten direkt am Garten, ist daher zu empfehlen für Leute, die Wert auf Privatsphäre legen. Der Innenraum ist sauber und bietet alles was man braucht (moderner Backofen/Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Internet). “Clean and pleasant with excellent staff. The room with the river view is slightly pricey. Amenities are minimal for a hotel at this price point. The hotel could not provide me toothpaste and there is no kettle in the room. It is somewhat inconvenient to go to the reception to have hot water prepared for you by the staff at the front desk. I like however the fruit bowl they have in the lobby.”
