“Hervorragendes Hotel in der Nähe des Europaparks. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, reiche Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. - Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. An der Reception sagte man uns, wir könnten den Shuttle Bus nehmen, der vor dem Eingang des Bell Rock Hotels abfährt. Dieser Bus fährt aber nicht zum Haupteingang, sondern zu einem Eingang, der für Gäste der Parkhotels reserviert ist. - Das könnte man besser kommunizieren.”

“酒店位于丛林之中，附近有一家SPA，晚上散步看见不断有弗莱堡市民去，挺不错。 前台小伙子很热情。 餐厅有点奇葩，晚餐所有的桌子都立着预定的牌子，只好退出来。 到前台求助，服务员说没问题，当场帮我们打电话预定。 预定完过去就有座儿了。很奇怪。”

“Clean and pleasant with excellent staff. The room with the river view is slightly pricey. Amenities are minimal for a hotel at this price point. The hotel could not provide me toothpaste and there is no kettle in the room. It is somewhat inconvenient to go to the reception to have hot water prepared for you by the staff at the front desk. I like however the fruit bowl they have in the lobby.”

“The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore.……
