“Its okay to get the head down for the night room was clean. The hotel needs a full deep clean and paint and new furniture as it was falling apart. The food was good but no menus or any choices of meal meal. This could be a good hotel if its well maintained to high standards. I would stay again of 1 night ”

“We came to the hotel not really expecting much for the price but when we got there we were greeted with friendly service truly outstanding place and room for the price you really cant fault it, unfortunately we were only able to stay for 1 of the 2 nights we booked due to us just not feeling very well and we just wanted to go home but we really did enjoy our visit and if we could have stayed for that extra night we definitely wouldnt have regretted staying at the royal alaxander, brilliant place”

“The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice”
