“The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice”

“Lovely helpful and friendly staff.. cleanliness was awful there was black mould all through the bathroom. The view through my window was the back alley of the property with all the air con pipes etc. The noise was awful. I was also given a shower bathroom that didnt have a bath in so was a struggle to bathe my 1 year old in a dirty shower.. needs must however. Breakfast was continental.. which consisted of ham slices, cold boiled eggs, toast, croissant, pan au chocolat, blueberry muffin and……

“Clean and modern hotel - only 1 issue: Because we booked with Expedia, the receptionist embarrassedly informed us, overnight parking was £20 (!) - yet for the customer in the check-in queue before me, parking was £10, as they bought their room on the Hotel's website. - this seemed incredibly unfair. As it happened, we were able to street park for free, a little way down the road.”

“The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are ultra modern but the initial welcome from the female receptionist left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 3pm on Saturday to be greeted by a very sultry lady who informed us that she needed to take £100 pre authorisation, which we did not have an issue with. It was the tone in which she delivered the message, which was a little aggressive. I then asked about car parking, to be told i could add my registration number to the welcome form and payment would……

“Impressive Victorian building located on the seafront. Plenty parking, £10 for one night payable at reception. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Check in was quick, 3 receptionist on duty. The hotel and room was decorated in traditional style. The room was comfortable and clean, toiletries, tea and coffee provided. We had sandwiches in the bar at night which arrived quickly and were very good, £7.25 each. Breakfast was average but acceptable, tea and coffee served at the table which had a……
