“Great place for a family or friends trip. We really enjoyed having two king suites, a queen bedroom, and an additional smaller bedroom good for kids/teens. The pool and spa were great and everything was just as described. ”

“The property was clean and well-equipped. The pool was excellent, my kids love it. My favorite part was the waterfront view and the deck. I love to watch the sunset, and this property had the perfect view. I enjoyed it with a glass of wine. The Owner was friendly, making the experience even better. We will be going back here. “Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. “THE RENTAL WAS PERFECT! IT WAS CLEAN. IT WAS DECORATED PERFECTLY. THE LOCATION WAS JUST AS WE HAD HOPED. JUST A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. THE WAGON WITH BEACH EQUIPMENT HAD JUST WHAT WE NEEDED. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!”

“I was disappointed in the condo. I was shown a picture of it being on the water. My view was the parking lot and pool. The condo was a time warp,of the late 70's .It was cleanish but definitely needed updates,or gutting.”

“Great house for family, great heated pool, but just not a lot of stuff going on around that area we had to keep driving about and hour or more just to get to areas that had alot of tourists shops yes I understand the hurricane wiped out a lot around those areas it’s slowly coming back. Even that I still would rent that house again and look forward to it. ”
