“Matlaca is a beautiful little town. It feels so old Florida. Everything is in walking distance from these tiny homes which are so cute and so adorable. Everything was ready for us upon our arrival. We ate at the blue dog restaurant, which was one block away, walking distance, and also the perfect cup…. Perfect cup has the most amazing coffee and incredible crab Benedict…. Blue Dog has some incredible food. Everything from the best cooking shrimp I’ve ever had to fresh fish great service……

“House was very nice. Had everything we needed and more for a nice, relaxing family vacation! Jaci was a wonderful host and very attentive to anything we needed! Would definitely stay again!”

“The house is decorated top notch, no detail is missed. We loved our days in the pool soaking up the Florida sun. Close drive to many beaches. Would give this a 12 out of 10 in regards to all the extras we have never received at a rental before. Hand pump soaps, beautiful towels, high end dryers and straighteners. There was nothing more we could have possibly wanted or needed! ”

“Highly recommend this location for beach lovers. You’re 2 steps from the sand. Also walking distance to several great restaurants with outdoor dining. The only complaint was lack of good beach chairs as we can’t travel with those. Should be automatic to include them. I’d also recommend an outdoor shower or hose to eliminate a lot of the sand. ”

“The property was situated perfectly between the bay and the ocean. The heated pool was great for this time of year. It was the right size for a family of four and had great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Would stay again!”

“We really enjoyed the home. We had a couple of fun surprises with the turtles looking to get fed and the Limpkins fishing for snails along the sea wall. Very nice home, would recommend.”
