“Crystal coast may have some of the best beach access and best values in Emerald Isle, but what really elevated this stay to the next level was the above-and-beyond customer service that this incredible staff went through for us. After a lovely stay, my daughter accidentally left behind a precious stuffed animal that she'd slept with since she was an infant. When it became clear that we'd arrived in Virginia without it, we called the hotel, and their response was incredible. A multi-day search……
