“Everything was great except Expedia put us down for only one night when I requested two nights. Treetops was most accommodating and arranged for the second night without any problems. ”

“Friendly and helpful staff. It is near the lake with a rocky beach from which I saw the sunset. The porch and dining room have views of the beautiful garden flowers and the lake. I loved the blue/white room with an alcove that we had. The place has a lot of charm! I would definitely stay here again!”

“Shanty Creek was a great place to stay. The room was spacious, clean, and private. The restaurant on site had fun specials after 5 pm and there was a shuttle that took you to the bar in town. Pool area seemed well kept, and so did the grounds in general. I'd totally stay here again. ”

But the star of the show is the breakfasts!! It was delicious and so much that we didn't have to eat until dinner!! The dock area was the best to hang out on and they let us use the kayaks.”
