“Considering the price of the room, it was disappointing to find several things in disrepair (e.g., the shower fixture, wall decor, exterior electric doors, and even the room door). It was also difficult to locate the room number, and the walls were thin enough to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. “Spent two nights. Bed was comfortable. Room was nice, lots of space in studio. Hard to regulate temperature in room--either too hot or too cold and very noisy when it turned on & off. Great location, walking distance from Sedona shops aside from Hyatt having own shops. Enjoyed our stay in Sedona! ”

“Park setting with family of ducks peacefully living on pond in front of units patio, even a token grey heron. Fireplace was broken with dead bird inside. Kitchen was clean and easy to prepare coffee packets there. Check in was precarious with note on door advising no staff avail. Called number on sign and was given direction how to open secure box to retry room key. Ok to get key but unsettling to know no staff available.”
