“All the staff were excellent. The desk, and the kitchen staff. Nice assortment for breakfast, but would have liked real eggs rather than powdered. Otherwise, everything was clean, bright spacious, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.”

“It was our first time staying here. They gave us a top floor lakeside room and we loved it. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room and common areas were very clean. It was very quiet at night. The beds were comfy. The pool was closed. We were very close to the all of the stores. Had a nice selection of breakfast items for free. A great place to stay. ”

“I love staying at this lodge. Its my go to accommodations when traveling to lake michigan in the winter. I love being off the beaten path, the esthetic of the lodge and the supper club/lodge. However, this stay i stood at the front desk for over 15 minutes while the front desk worker was on the phone helping somone else book a room. Only once did she acknowledge me to say "she'd be back" and left the foyer all together for a while. When she did complete the call sometime later she asked how she……

“This was my first visit to South Bend/Notre Dame campus. Staying at the downtown location was so convenient for our activities. The accomodations were comfortable, giving me the necessities of home while away. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and courteous. I only had one issue with the shower temperature one morning - it took a very long time to get hot water, but I survived. Great place to stay!”

“Short review: Nice place for a romantic stay in NW IN Room: Lake View 2nd Floor Suite Good: View, Fire Place, Spa, Big Room, Friendly service, close to lake and Drift on Pine Bad: Stain on comforter, pipes from other rooms very loud in our room, tv has 1/2 of the channels it shows It's a good stay, will probably be better in the summer when there's more to do.”
