“We decided to book this property last minute for a spring break trip to Tennessee. We were looking for a house that would be entertaining if we stayed in, out of the touristy area but close enough to activities that going out and doing stuff would not be a challenge. This house had it all. Our kids range from ages 10 to 16, plus my husband and I and my mom - the view was amazing and we loved being essentially at the top of the mountain - though the drive up/down was a little nerve-racking at……

“Great views of lake and mountainside. Several issues in the first 4 days of 6 day stay. Dishwasher wasn’t working, no place to put trash, washing machine wasn’t working, refrigerator and freezer weren’t cooling or freezing, cleanliness wasn’t to par. For over $4k stay for 6 nights I wasn’t happy with what we had to deal with. Calling, and checking up on issues, waiting for someone to show up to make repairs on appliances, and calling to have trash removed. We had 10 people in the house for……

“This place is absolutely beautiful. Very quiet and Janice was such a great host. The breakfast was a 5 out 5 stars. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get a little peace and quiet and away from the normal hustle and bustle of life. The hot tub was amazing. The only bad thing is that we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back when we can. ”

“Very cute rustic cabin with a nice back porch on the creek! But in need of some upgrades! Bed was very uncomfortable sheets, linens, towels were very old and needed to be replaced!! Other than that it was nice!!”

“The resort is under a lot of construction with building debris every where; nails, screws, boards, cinder blocks and flooring/roofing material. The roads where very tight and many areas with cliffs and no guard rails, some parts of the road were caving in. No place for pets to enjoy or use the bathroom, we found a pet park in Seveirville but thats about it. The cabin was nice but rushed. They cut the power on us one day and my poor Dads breathing machine stopped and we had to deal with that.……

“Overall, we liked our stay here. The main living area and upstairs master were great. The furniture was cozy and the electric fireplace was nice! Drawbacks were a drained/absent lake, uncomfortable and squeaky bunk bed, and surprisingly loud water pipes. Overall, good amount of privacy and quiet streets to walk, which is nice! ”
