Forbidden Caverns is a charming cave in the Smokey Mountains, located not too far from Gatlinburg. The cave tour is enhanced by excellent mood lighting, which lends itself to excellent pictures.

If you plan to take pictures, be sure to bring something to stabilize your camera. Also forget about using a flash, as it washes out the color and makes the image look flat.

“My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and safe in a convenient location, just 2 miles from downtown where we spent most of our time at a festival. We had a delicious, hot breakfast each morning and was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. We highly recommend staying here!”

“This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up. My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this……
