“The Appy was a nice place to stay. It was fully booked the week we were there. We ended up extending one day. The staff was helpful. The room was roomy, clean, and the bathroom was very nice, it had a large tiled shower. The breakfast consisted of pancakes, Jimmy Dean SEC Biscuits, yogurt, and the usual dry cereals. I wish the amenities would stay open later than they did. There were a couple of days we wanted to go to the hot tub after a long day of walking, and it was already closed. There……

“We enjoyed this place for our family as we were in town for an event at the LeConte center. It was nice that if sone of our party didn't have to be there as early, they could walk to the event center. It is also very close to the Ripkin baseball fields. The 1 bedroom suite style was very nice for our family of 5 to have a home away from home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement is to open breakfast a tad earlier. “Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good.……
