“TWO things you REALLY need to fix: (1) Rm 424-Unstoppable drip bathtub faucet. And if you tighten the grip, it only slows down the drip and then you need Conan the Barbarian to loosen it. (2) Fix the darn TV channel guides to where they are actually correct. If the front desk hadn't given me one that was different from the one in my room and I would have missed the Celtics game. The staff was GREAT! ”

“We loved our stay! The beds were comfy, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and not overcrowded, the area was safe and within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. There are multiple fire pits to sit outside and enjoy. The sound of water flowing next to us and birds chirping while relaxing the jacuzzi was our favorite part. We will definitely come back very soon. ”

“The motel was in a great location within walking distance to most everything in Gatlinburg. The room was clean and spacious. Every staff member we met went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I would have is that the sofa in the living room was not comfortable. ”

"Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good. Don't book such a hotel when traveling! I would rather spend more money than have trouble. I only slept for six hours. It was really a disaster."
